Overview

Functional Testing Assessment suite is designed to check the ability of the individual to understand the functional requirements, analyze and determine the testable requirements, prepare test designs including conducting reviews and verification methods, prepared test cases, execute the test cases, and provide insights and report on the functional ability of the software system at all levels of validation including unit, system and integration. In addition to the technical capability, the assessment also is aligned to test the abilities of individuals till the level of Test Manager.

This suite of assessments consists of 48 Skill Areas specified for 4 roles in a Testing organization.

The standard assessment is configured for 100 questions for 120 minutes. Typical passmark is set for 75% on the total assessment. The test is required to be taken in one sitting and is normally available for a month from the date of purchase.

At the end of each assessment, the individuals shall receive a individual assessment report for their personal reference. Individuals are encouraged to write to us for a personalized learning plan based on the weaknesses in the skill areas, and proficiency level. Our subject matter experts will work with the individuals to develop a integrated development plan to improve on the weaknesses identified in the assessment.
